Cancellation Policy
✨POLICIES AND IMPORTANT INFO✨
•Parking: I am located downtown La Crosse, so please allow plenty of time to find a parking spot. There is 2 hour street parking in front of my salon as well as multiple parking garages within a 5 minute walk.
•48 Hour Cancellation Window: if you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours, you may be subject to pay 75% of your service charge.
•No Show: if you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 75% of your service charge. Multiple no shows and/or cancellations may result in a booking ban.
•Late Fees: if you are 10-15 minutes late, you will pay a $10 minimum late fee if the appointment time can still be kept. Your appointment may need to be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late, resulting in a no show charge of 75% of your service charge. Nail art add ons may be cancelled in the event of tardiness as well.
